You Are What You Eat

Since your body rebuilds itself, eat well for the holidays. Go easy on the sugars and junk food. Remember, you body has to make new heart cells and a whole new body from what you eat. Make sure you have a sufficient quantity of high quality protein. 

You are more than what you eat. You are what you digest and metabolize. In order to rebuild your body it is vital that your body be able to use the food you eat to repair and regenerate itself.
